When autumn days turn damp and cold, it´s time to go out into the woods and look for mushrooms. They´re usually hard to find, shooting up out of the ground, practically waiting for us to discover them. What makes our mushrooms extra special?

Our organic porcini mushrooms are approx. 6- 9 mm in size, cut and sorted by hand. Their bouquet/aroma is very intensive and complex. The porcini mushrooms pieces are perfect for refined organic cuisine and processing with other foods.
Origin and Production:
We source our organic porcini mushrooms from forests in organically certified regions. The porcini mushrooms are wild collected in natural forest surroundings, often far from human settlements, but rich in flora and fauna.
After manual harvesting, the porcini mushrooms are cleaned, carefully cut into small pieces and naturally air dried. Each processing stage is carried out painstakingly using traditional methods greatly benefitting the mushrooms.
The porcini mushrooms are pressure treated and controlled in Austria. During the pressure process, the combination of pressure and time ensures that the product is completely free of pests.
